Coming up on a decade in the ultra-competitive fitness supplements industry, ATP LAB had paved themselves a considerable run in the local Canadian market but were looking to pierce into the US and International markets with a revived brand outlook and D2C approach leveraging their lacklustre e-commerce site.
After a thorough re-positioning (done by our friends over at ATELIER.AD), we embarked on an ambitious journey to bring ATP LAB's new look and feel into the digital age and direct to consumers online. As an extension of their team, we effectively craft campaigns, content and onsite experiences that have helped them nearly 4x their online sales with active growth coming from the USA and abroad.
We’ve since tripled their online business and seen ROAS climb upwards of 6x in a highly competitive segment. Email has also become an important part of their mix with the goal to keep engaged users coming back to the site and re-purchasing. With explosive growth through the pandemic era, ATP LAB is positioned to continue to smash records and set the stage with an all new facility and office expansion.
